Laminated Crushing
The crushing cavity adopts the advanced lamination crushing principle, and makes full use of the crushing force of the physical mutual extrusion, which improves the crushing efficiency and reduces the consumption of spare parts.

Protective Device
The HPM series cone crusher can gently release the impact force to protect the host from being damaged by the iron. After the iron passes, the discharge port will automatically return to the original position.

High wear resistance and bolt fixed structure
The liner is made of ultra-high alloy manganese steel  (ZGMn18Cr2),which has a long service life;no filler is required and easy to replace.

Convenient adjustment of discharge  port
The hydraulic motor adjusts the discharge port to achieve precise control of the discharge port.

The system uses PLC + touch screen, and the overall interface layout is in the form of icons, which makes the display more intuitive, makes human-computer interaction more friendly, and enables the operator to troubleshoot faster and more effectively.

Hydraulic System
In addition to the easy realization of the most basic adjustment functions of the hydraulic system, it is more important to protect the equipment effectively. Its automatic high-speed unloading capability can make iron or unbreakable objects quickly pass through the rear discharge port and automatically reset, reducing the change of the material size curve, making the output material always reach or approach the target size while ensuring productivity, which brings higher economic benefits.

Intelligent Control System
The addition of the intelligent control system effectively reduces the frequency of equipment overload, ensuring that the equipment can achieve greater throughput and a lower failure rate.
It can automatically adapt to changes in feed stock and can realize multiple functional modes such as automatic liner wear compensation, etc. Its automatic calibration function enables one-key operation, which greatly reduces labor and time input, thereby lowering operating costs.
The man-machine interface of the intelligent control system is more friendly, allowing the operator to troubleshoot faster and more effectively.

The control box facilitates the operator in pressurizing the safety cylinder (manually or automatically), clearing the cavity, adjusting the discharge port, locking the settings, and increasing or decreasing the discharge gap. Additionally, it monitors for functional abnormalities and provides timely reminders, enabling users to operate and overhaul the equipment more efficiently.

Remote Monitoring and Diagnosis System
Through Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the operating status of the crusher can be obtained in real time. When the equipment is working normally, the system can predict possible failures in advance and schedule corresponding maintenance. This effectively reduces losses caused by equipment shutdowns and maximizes production efficiency.

Positive Pressure Dust-Proof System
The addition of this system maintains the internal air pressure of the crusher higher than the external pressure. This effectively prevents dust from entering the crusher and keeps the lubricating oil clean to the greatest extent, thereby prolonging the life of spare parts and significantly reducing the equipment failure rate. Additionally, the extended replacement cycle for lubricating oil saves considerable operating costs.
