Working principle and structure
(1)Working principle:
The big size material drops evenly into the clearance between two rollers.At the impact oftwo rollers’contrary rotation,the materials are extruded and crushed to the desirable size.
(2)Structure
The roll crusher is driven by the driving chain of speed reducer.It is mainly composed offixed roller,movable roller,machine frame,shield,protecting guard.The machine power comes out of motor v-belt,which makes the two rollers rotate through the speed reducer chain,with the result of crushed materials.
a.Fixed roller and movable roller

The roller is the main parts for crushing materials.It consists of shaft,cranked axle,taper pan,rollmilling,chain wheel,bearing,bearing end closure and rolling contact bearing,etc.
There is spine for connecting the two naves on the shaft of fixed and movable roller.The wheel is put on the cave, one shaft end on the wheel chain.There is unstrained tapered roller bearing on both side of roll milling.
Another crushing part is roll milling.On the surface there are mirror model and slot model determined by the actual condition.Due to its direct contact with materials,it is the easily damaged parts.After the heating treatment, the roll milling with ZG50Mn2 materials has the advantages of firmness,durability and easy to dismantle.
2.Movable device
There is movable device on the movable roller.During the machine operation,if the hard to crushed materials or metal which cannot go through the two rollers drop into the machine,it is necessary to put the movable device for the machine safety.It can make the movable roller move back,so the hard to crushed materials or metal can go through the two rollers.
The movable device consists of nut,bolt,lifting wedge,rear seat,bracket of seat board,spring and plate pinch.
The movable roller frame that is put on the under frame can slid forward along the under frame.At the back of movable roller frame,there is spring.During the installation,the acting force of spring shall satisfy the force to crush the big size stone.The spring pressure can be adjusted by the back-end screw.This movable device belongs to protective device.When the hard to crushed materials cannot go through the clearance,the roll milling received pressure increases and compresses the spring,so the movable roller gets away from the original place,the clearance becomes bigger and then the hard to crushed materials can go through easily.When you adjust the movable device,the maximum limit of the clearance shall be paid attention to.
3.The under frame
The under frame is a metal structure made from steel plate and channelsteel,the six anchoring bolts can fix the under frame on the foundation.The two bearing seat on the transmission shaft and fixed roller arefixed on the under frame by the bolts,the movable roller is put on the under frame and can move forward and backward and can be adjusted easily.
4.Machine body
The machine body is welded by angle iron and steel plate.The body is fixed on the under frame.It makes the working surface of two rollers become closed shape so as to prevent the materials drop out of the machine.This part can be removed during the regular check and maintenance.
5.The cover connecting with the wheel
The long cover connecting with the wheel is welded by the steel plate and angle steel.It is fixed on the chassis by screws.
6.The main structure of chain transmitting device include under frame,fixed roller,wheel cover,supporting bearing and adjusting device etc.Two roller covers are fixed the two rotating shafts by flat keys.At the two sides of the shaft, there are two bearings supported and equipped in the machine.The crushing roller is constituted of roller cover and roller.The roller cover is linked by 12 bolts and screws.The roller is made ofZG50Mn2 and then it has perfect quality. The motor transfers the power to gear box by V-belt.At the other side of the gear box equipped a chain which can drive the roller to make the two rollers rotate in different directions.Because of the friction between rollers,the material cab be taken to the space and crushed.The crushed material can be discharged by gravity.When the material that can not be crushed goes to the machine chamber,the roller can move outside by spring’s function and make the space bigger between the rollers to avoid destroying the machine.
The Machine’s Installation,Adjustment And Test Run
(1)the machine’s installation and adjustment
The buyer can refer to the foundation drawing,design drawing and install the machine to the specialized designed foundation.Put some cross tie under the chassis to make the machine bear the load better and reserve the discharging space.
The machine is supplied with all necessary parts.Ensure all the parts are in goods condition before installation, including the driving and lubrication parts.After confirming the horizontal level,install the driving parts.Transmission belts should and pressure should be adjusted properly.
Check all fixing part to make sure there are on flexible condition after finishing installation.The bearing is filled with an appropriate amount of 2#extreme pressure lithium base grease,and the reducer is added with an appropriate amount of 100# industrial gear oil.
(2)the test run of the machine
The test run should be carried out after the machine installation and before bringing into operation.
1.Running without load test
More than 2 hours’ running without load test should be carried out on the job site.The bearing temperature should be less than 30℃ when the machine running and the Max.temperature should less than 40℃.Keep the chain,gear box,V-belt wheel and roller rotate steady and no abnormal noise and no collide between the rollers.
2.Running with load test
The Running with loadtest can only be carried out on the basis of excellent result of Running without load test.
The test time should more than 8hours.
Check the actual discharging size and capacity are qualified or not and make sure the bearing temperature less than 35℃.The crusher working should be steady and there should be no vigorous vibration.Each fastening piece should be reliable.The lubrication oil should be filled fully in each lubrication place.Keep good air proof and no leakage.
If the capacity and the discharging size are not qualified,please adjust the adjusting bolts at the back-end of flexible device.If the electric current is not stable,please check the input size to check if it is too small or too big. The machine can be put into operation after the load test.
The machines operation rules
The machine can be brought into operation after the strict test running.To keep along time and safe running,the proper operation,daily maintenance and timely repair are necessary and important.
(1)the preparation work before machine running
The sufficient preparation and strict inspection are necessary before starting the machine.Keep the integrity of all the parts,all the fixed screws and foundation screws are fixed well.There should be no sundries obstructing the machine’s running.
(2)The machine’s start and stop order
After the preparation and checking work are ready,the machine can be started.Feed the materials after the machine running properly and keep even feeding.Stopping feeding the machine first when need stopping the machine.When there is no material in the hopper and the machine can be stopped running.

After the machine running normally,the operator should pay attention to the following matters:
1.Make sure all the fixed screws are fixed well and no loosen condition.
2.Make sure the bearings lubrication are normal andno too hot condition.
3.Make sure the close seal and noleakage condition
4.Make sure the input quantity is normal and check the output size is qualified or not.
5.Check the roller works well or not.
